Dedicated Dry Waste Collection will be carried out by the Dry waste Collection Centres which are operating in all 198 Wards. BBMP has allotted vehicles to these centres for Door to Door collection directly from the homes , shops and small establishments, on bi-weekly basis.

This program has been launched on Feb 1, 2017.

Highlights of the program:

1. Dry waste will be collected twice a week by the DWCC Agency
2. Dry waste Collection vehicles will be painted blue
3. Every Ward will have Blocks of 750 Households + 200/300 Small Commercial Establishments
4. Schedule of Block collection and contact details of the DWCC Operator will be published on the BBMP website.
